  • Warm up 10 min Treadmill
  • Shadow boxing
  • Technique training Footwork
  • Speed bag
  • Cool down

No Pain No Gain Wednesday

  • Warm up 10 min Stretch
  • High intensity interval Training
  • Cardio
  • Squats, Leg Lunges, and Calf Raises
  • Cool down

Pow Wow Thursday

  • Warm Up 10 min Jump Rope
  • Basic Boxing Technique Training
  • Throwing Jabs Punches, Combination, Slip Movements and Speed Bag Work
  • Core and Conditioning Exercises Setups, Planks, and Russian Twist
  • Cool down

Fun Fun Friday

  • Warm Up 10 mins
  • Back Pull Up and Pull Down, Dumbbell Pullovers
  • Shoulder Press, Flies, Upright Rolls Shoulder Struts
  • Dance Stepping and Aerobics
  • Cool down
